We provide telehealth or in person appointments at Fort Washington, PA office (Philadelphia suburbs). 

For telehealth, you must be present in the state of PA.

Any new clients on controlled substances such as stimulants for ADHD will require an in person evaluation for the intake. If you are currently taking any other controlled substances including narcotics, Suboxone, benzodiazepines, controlled substance sleep aids, among others, then stimulants will not be prescribed at this practice due to safety issues. 

Daily use of benzodiazepines including Xanax, Ativan, Klonopin or Valium or controlled substances for sleep (Ambien, Lunesta, Restoril, etc) are typically not prescribed at this practice.

Client responsibility will be the copay amount, if you have insurance with copay. 

If you have a high deductible plan, please indicate in the inquiry form, and we will let you know the contracted rates. 

Private Pay is also available. 

$250 for 60 minute evaluation

$175 for 30 minute follow up

Medicare/Medicaid and EAP are not accepted.

We do not accept clients with Medicaid coverage, including on a private-pay basis.
