Your copay/deductible will be provided when the appointment is confirmed. If you want to know beforehand, please send an email with your insurance info and date of birth.

We provide telehealth or in person appointments at Fort Washington, PA office (Philadelphia suburbs). 

For telehealth, you must be present in the state of PA.

 We only treat clients between the ages 18 to 65. 

Insurances We Accept:

- Aetna

- Highmark/ Blue Cross Blue Shield (includes Anthem BCBS, Horizon BCBS, any BCBS of other state)

- Capital Blue Cross 

- Independence Blue Cross (includes Independence Administrators and Keystone Health Plan East)

- Cigna

- United Healthcare (includes UMR, Oxford, Surest, United Student Resources)

Private Pay is also available. Please email to inquire about the rates.

Medicare/Medicaid and EAP are not accepted.

We do not accept clients with Medicaid or Medicare coverage, including on a private-pay basis.

Please note that we are not able to manage prescription of any long acting injectables (LAIs) including Invega, Abilify Maintena, Aristada, Uzedy, Haldol Deconate among others. 

As a practice, we do not prescribe daily benzodiazepines including Ativan, Xanax, Klonopin or Valium.
